Analysis of Raw Materials, Metals and Other Materials
- Qualitative and quantitative
chemical analysis: raw
materials, half-blank and finished products;
- Analytical quick test - multivariate analysis of steels, alloys and other materials in
accordance with the normative and technical documentation (GOSTs
(Government Standards), OSTs (All-Union Standards), TU (Technical
Specifications)).
- Determination of mechanical
properties of metals and organic materials based on such parameters as a yield point, ultimate tensile strength
at different temperatures, tensile strain, contraction, impact
hardness, elasticity modulus, micro-hardness, and Vickers / Rockwell
/ Brinell hardness test.
- Determination of corrosive
characteristics of
steels, nonferrous metals and their alloys.
- Metallographic examinations in regard to surface condition, occurrence of cracks and surface
tears, sizing of grain and pores, detection of structural micro and
macro non-uniformity, quality of weld joints, and thickness and
quality of coatings.
- Check of electrophysical
characteristics of hard-magnetic and soft-magnetic materials,
measurement of radio-technical parameters of polymeric materials
including high-voltage and high-frequency tests.
