Research and Technology Complex (RTC) is an affiliate of FSUE FRPC PC Start named after M.V. Protsenko, which specializes on the development and production of the following products:

• hardware and software tools of automatics and telemechanics; teleautomation, automation, operational and dispatch control systems; and process control systems;

• automated systems of commercial recording of primary types of energy resources (ASKUE);

• microprocessor systems and control units of railroad engines;

• test and process instrumentation.

RTC provides a complete cycle of operations at the customer’s facilities:

• exploratory design; 

• development of an engineering solution;

• designing; 

• installation works, start-up and commissioning;

• training of operational staff;

• participation in acceptance tests;

• commissioning; 
• in-service systems management;
• warranty and post-warranty service.
